If you're on the hunt for Christmas presents for your loved ones now December has arrived, you may want to take a look at the number one bestselling beauty gift at right now.
The Fragrance Society Gift Collection has been snapped up by shoppers after having its price reduced from £40 down to £20. The set includes two bath and shower gels with a body puff, a hand and nail cream, a neroli, jasmine and sea salt-scented diffuser and a lime, grapefruit and mandarin candle, packaged together in a keepsake blue tin patterned with silver stars for a touch of luxury.
One bath gel has the scent of orange, bergamot and lemongrass, while the other smells like neroli, jasmine and sea salt, and the hand and nail cream is fragranced with poppy, peony and pearl barley, making it the perfect pampering gift for any beauty lovers in your life for a spa experience at home. Other popular choices include the six-piece Fragrance Society Mini Body Wash Collection, priced at £12.50, and the five-piece , priced at £10. Or if you're on a tighter budget this festive season, there's also the for £6.
The Fragrance Society products have earned rave reviews from M&S shoppers, with one person saying of the mini body wash set: "If you love Molton Brown this is very similar and a better price." And someone else agreed: "The quality is as good as other more expensive brands."
However, some felt the set was "let down" by the packaging, with more than one person commenting that "too much glue" was used to secure the gels in their set. "My only criticism is that each mini bottle is glued to the packaging and when you remove them the glue stays on the bottom, so you can't put them on your bathroom shelf without them sticking to it," one shopper pointed out.
The second top bestselling beauty gift on the M&S website is the Calm Gift Set, which includes a Calm body wash, body butter, votive candle, hand cream and exfoliating bath mitt for £15. And in at number three is the Harry Potter Bath Foam Potion Collection, featuring three colour-changing bath foams in potion bottles for £10.
