Sweet Diamond Cuts

I would say that this recipe will be a easy but tasty snack which you can make for diwali..I made it in minutes and it tasted divine..So crispy and so yummy..I have already shared a spicy version before, this is a sweet one.

This is a crispy fried snack, which is coated in a sugar syrup which has cooked really well, so it creates a sugary crust over the cuts..Some people add sugar to the dough and make, but i prefer it this way. It is more tasty.

    Hi Aarthy,
I usually use to add sugar powder in dough itself and after reading this method I tried it. I just love this way,. Instead of diwali snack it became evening snack at my home.

    Hi
The biscuits came out so tasty. Thanks for the recipe. I used atta instead of maida for a healthy twist. Is there any way I can bake these biscuits before adding them to the sugar syrup. If yes baking time please. Iam an avid follower of your baking recipes and have successfully recreated a couple. Thanks for everything
